Fluorite is mainly used in steel industry and manufacture
hydrofluoric acid,
Fluorite can reduce the melting point of refractory materials,
desulfurization and dephosphorization in the smelting
process, to enhance tensile strength strength and so on.
Therefore, it is widely used as a flux and alloy steel smelting
production of iron and non-ferrous metal smelting process.
Hydrofluorite acid is the key raw materials to produce organic
and inorganic fluoride and fluorine.
In the aluminum industry, the hydrofluoric acid mainly used to
produce aluminum fluoride, synthetic cryolite, sodium fluoride
and magnesium fluoride.
In medicine, fluoride fluorine compounds can also manufacture
anti-cancer drugs, cortisone fluoride containing fluorocarbon
artificial blood.
Inorganic fluoride in industry, can produce pesticides,
preservatives, protective agent, additives, flux and
antioxidants.
