SUGAR COATING MACHINE

FUNCTIONS

Ideal for pellets, tablets, peanuts, raisins, chocolate and others for sugarcoat.
Can make small balls with dia. 0.8~*8mm; they are designed and made for the special coating pans.

FEATURES

Use bevel gear to transmit (it doesn’t have weakness of warm gears); all of the gears are soaked in sealed oil box without oil leakage.
The tilt degree of coating pan can be adjusted about *5 degrees; the rotational speed also can be adjusted *7~*5 rpm in stepless variable speed as needed.
The structure of machine is casted in beauty, solid and steady; coating pan is made of stainless steel for easy cleaning (it is sanitary).
Sugarcoat polishing machine includes canvas that can be optional.
A machine, which produces small balls with dia. 0.8mm, can be optional as well.
TCS-HB-SS hot-air drying machine can be optional.
