QGN series roller type shot blasting machine accrding to customer's requirements is a new type professional shot blasting machine. It's used to cleaning Inner wall of steel pipe, steel rod. Through shot blasting process, not only reomve the workpiece surface's rust, oxide-scale, and green sand after casting, and also reduce workpiece's internal stress, improve workpiece's fatigue resistance, increase steel pipe, steel rod's corrosion resistant performance.

1.Blasting Chambers and the arrangement of blasting wheel have been confirmed after the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation of projectile.
2.The machine adopts international newest sixth directly-connected blast wheel of Swiss GF technology, which improve cleaning efficiency, get satisfactory cleaning result.
3.The machine adopts BE type separator with good separating effect and high productivity, and it plays positive role in lengthening the lives of blades.
