Main Configuration of Pre-processing EquipmentProcessing technology: pre-unoiling, unoiling, the first water cleaning, the second water cleaning, parkerizing, the third water cleaning, pure water cleaning, drying, etc.
FRP is adopted to make the slot body as anticorrosive material (stainless steel is also adoptable).
PPR is adopted as nozzle material (stainless steel is also adoptable).
Stainless steel is adopted to make the inner layer of spray section.
Supplying liquor pump: KW water pump is adopted in pre-unoiling, unoiling, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and pure water cleaning, KW stainless steel pump is adopted in parkerizing.
Conveying: stainless steel chain.
Speed: continuously adjustable.
