MKW reversible cold rolling mill, The large tension coiler and
thickness gauge etc, which can realize large tension rolling and
guarantee high-speed and stable production with specified
thinness.
The Reversible stainless steel Cold rolling mill Machine can be
used as a roughing mill before the twenty-roll mill. Therefore,
the mill has a faster development and a wider range of
applications. It can be used for rolling stainless steel, carbon
steel, silicon steel, alloy steel( copper or aluminium) and
cold-rolled hard-to-deform steel, as well as thin strips and
foils for non-ferrous metals.
Features
1.The reversible stainless steel cold rolling mill machine is a kind of small diameter working roll and a unique cold rolling mill. It is mostly used in stainless steel production.
2.It is a multi-roll mill that adds side support rolls to the work rolls on the basis of a four-roll mill driven by backup roll.
3.The machine has a maximum speed of 600m/min, which is a non-traditional type of multi-roll cold rolling mill that has appeared in modern times.
4.The output of the eight-high rolling mill can meet the requirements ofstrength and rigidity required for rolling.
5. It can overcome the lateral bending of the work roll, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient adjustment, good working stability, reversible rolling and increased reduction.
