Application range
 It can be used as the reacting tank in pharmacy, chemical industry, biological
engineering and other industries.
Structural features
         1. The equipment is mainly composed of three parts such as tank body, integral
jacket and external coating. The heat preservation media are filled between the
external coating and jacket. The tank body is provided with the blender at its top.
          2. The pressure in the jacket can be decided according to customer requireme-
nts.
          3. The tank is made of high quality stainless steel.
Summary
     The series of vessels are applicable to reaction and crystallization in chemical industry and pharmacy. The tank body is provided with two or three layers for heating and cooling. The interior surface adopts electrolytic mirror polishing. The seal head (round) is subjected to spinning process, and R angle transition is in accordance with GMP standard. The blending device adopts sanitary mechanical seal and the vessel adopts polyurethane or pearl cotton for heat preservation. The interface adopts flange type as per international standard, which is convenient and sanitary. The exterior surface adopts various forms of treatment such as polishing, sand blasting, grinding or cold rolling original color matte treatment, so that the vessel can display its prominent quality at any occasion.
