Stainless Steel Extruder Screen with Smooth Edge

Stainless steel extruder screen is woven with stainless steel wire mesh cloth. It can be woven in different dutch weave types: plain, twill or reverse dutch weave. Single layer screen is designed simply, and different mesh sizes can make to multilayers screens which is required in high precision filtration and separation industry. And the multi layer screens are spot welded together. All the extruder screen with borders or without borders are available. And compressed edges also are offered.

Our machine can make various shapes screen with accurate size and smooth edge, for example round, square, rectangle, kidney shape, oval.

• Material: 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310 stainless steel woven wire cloth.
• Style: plain dutch weave, plain weave, twill dutch weave, twill weave and reverse dutch weave.
• Mesh count: usually 20 mesh - 650 mesh.
• Layer: single layer or multilayer.
• Shape: kidney shape, round, oval, rectangle and other special shape.
• Dia. of wire mesh disc screen: from 5 mm to 600 mm.
