Stabilized Soil Mixing plant:
The WCB serial stabilized Soil Mixing Station is equipped with computer dynamic measurement

system to reach automatic proportioning among aggregate, cement and water; which makes it as

 a convenient machine for big volume and continuous stabilized soil mixing in construction sites

such as high grade roads, airport pavement, high speed railways, with advantages of accurate

 weighing, high reliability, even mixing, handy operation and high productivity as well, with adjustable

 batch hopper numbers
 

Product Features:
1. Good mixing function
The mixer is designed with the most popular compulsory structure of double lying axes without lining

board, ensuring high mixing capability and evenness; over lengthen blender adapts to various types

of stabilized soil and stable sand. Flexible outlets can easily solve the conflicts between productivity

and final product uniformity, significantly increasing efficiency;

The mixer without lining board now uses the static material layer between mixing blade and cylinder

 as soft wear-resisting layer, to replace the rigid alloy wear-resisting layer, significantly avoiding

accidents such as breakdown, stone-plug, machine stuck and decreasing power loss as well,

 consequently increasing reliability and efficiency;
This design insures higher performance of evenness and reliability during mixing, consequently

 with more convenient and less cost maintenance;

Platform is designed for each maintenance unit, ensuring direct sight and enough handling room,

There are various batchers to meet different requirements. Besides the standard batchers, there are

 also batchers with compulsory arch broken equipment to supply the easily arched materials such as

 damp fly ash, soil, sands. Client can choose batchers with compulsory arch broken equipment for

 flying ashes or batchers for fir digestion lime, to meet the requirement of various ratios between lime

 and fly ashes. In order to meet the various cement demands, there are choices of cement bins from

storage of 1mt to *0mt.
 
9. Mixing material bins are driven by pneumatic cylinder to insure the reliability;
Feeding belt conveyor is foldable for easy transportation; aggregate belt conveyor and feeding belt

conveyor are all driven by electric drum, suitable for sites with bad conditions, and maintenance is easy.
