Material:

Low core loss high permeability CRGO silicon steel thickness of 0.*3mm, 0.*7mm.

Characteristic:

Cores wound with independent developed winding machine, high vacuum heat treated, asymmetric cutting acceptable, shapes in UI, UU and toroidal cut, accurate dimension.

Application:

Mainly used for the current transformer of electric energy acquisition and detection, square or round hole are available.

-The cores are used in the production of chokes, combined instrument transformers and specially designed transformers.

-Cut surfaces of these cores can be round, oval and rectangular.

-Electro-magnetic tests of cut-cores are performed before the cores are cut. Special test can be performed if required by customers.

Most of the wound cores can be cut at NICORE. Cut surfaces are rectified with great attention to ensure flatness and precision.
