To ensure our qulity we take several measures as below:
 
(1),before putting  the raw materials into production,physical and chemical analysis will be done so that the quality will be qualified at the beginning.
 
(2),during the production ,we will also test the semi-finished products to promise every espect complies with the poperating process.
 
(3),the PP(Polypropylene) is all used as mandrel so the inner diameter of hydraulic hose will have a smaller tolerance
 
(4),Cold Feed Extruder is applied very well in the extrusion processings,so the density is more uniform
 
(5),the QC at home will inspect  every hose and the Engineering Depart. will have a random inspection
 
(6),Pressure Testing Machine will generate the cuve diagram automatically when hydraulic hose is being test by the machine ,then we can judge the hose whether good or not
