Our product Soybean oil does not contain much saturated fat. Like
all other oils from vegetable origin, soybean oil contains no
cholesterol. Saturated fat and cholesterol cause heart diseases
and mainly found in products from animal origin such as milk,
cheese and meat products.
Soybean oil contains natural antioxidants which remain in the oil
even after extraction. These antioxidants help to prevent the
oxidative rancidity.
Adaptable to nearly every fat or oil application in the food
industry, soybean oil works well with other ingredients including
other fats and oils, making it very suitable for use in salad
dressings, sauces and baked goods. Soybean oil is available with
AOM (active oxygen method) stability levels ranging from *5 to
over **0 hours, and it is a proven performer in the wide range of
applications required by snack food manufacturers, bakeries,
foodservice providers and more.
Refined Edible Soybean Oil is used widely in the preparation of
mayonnaise and salad dressings, in the baking industry, and for
the packing of sardines, tuna and other fish products. Also as a
foam arrester in the preparation of yeast, sugar, pencillin,
streptomycin, and other antibiotics, and as a vitamin vehicle.
Nutritional Profile
Liquid soybean oil is low in saturated fat, contains no trans
fat, and is high in poly- and monounsaturated fats. It's also the
principal source of omega*3 fatty acids and the primary
commercial source of vitamin E.
