After you submit your request(s) our customer agent will start making arrangements for a successful outcome of your Project(s). Once you have approved the planned outcome your VA will be in touch with you for an introduction and a summary of his/her tasks. During this call you can guide your VA towards optimal efficiency. The VA will be under your management and at MCA our customer agents will monitor the progress and will keep you updated allong . It might however be possible that your agenda changes and therefore the assigned task.
