This Co.produced  sodium polyacrylate under international standard  with full Japanese technology  firstly in Zhongyuan.

1、Product Introduction:

Sodium polyacrylate is the food addtitive approved by USA FDA,Japan MHW and China Ministry of Health.It could be used as elastic improver ,stabilizing agent and antistaling agent  in all kinds of food safely.The sodium polyacrylate was made successfully through using new   hydrolysis process technology after its polythermal polymerization.

Our sodium polycrylate is popular to be sued at food processing and production in China  due to its high quality and less dosage and it has  reached international advanced level.

2、Character:

white powder,strong water absorption,good stability,high viscosity.

3、Application:

(1)Flour products

     

a.strengthen flour protein cohesive force,making the dough smooth and glossy;

b.To improve the dough ductility and smoothness,reduce oil content in fried flour products;

c.To reduce the noodle fracture, and improve the taste;

(2)Bean vermicelli products

     a.To improve its elasticity and thews,enhance the boiling resistance;

(3)other food

     

a.  meat products,aquatic peedler in shape products can make the surface jelly agent,strengthen,organization,enhance the fresh taste of food.

b.in the ice cream,beverage products,it can replace guar gum,CMC and etc,to reduce costs.

c. in the sauce,tomato sauce,fruit jam,soy sauce,which have the good thickening and stability,can increase the viscosity and keep a good shape.

4、Method of Application:

stirring the warm water slowly(it is better to use soft water),to add the sodium ployacrylate powder,insulation stir until dissolved into a homogeneous solution,solution concentration is 0.**0.2% commonly,dissolving time is about 1hour,if in the instant noodle production,dissolved solution should avoid to touch with saline,solution and saline should be added to flour respectively.

5、Packaging and Shipping:

Using *5kg per paper-plastic bag packaged,also can package it as customers requirements,during storage and transportation,there should be heat proof and moistureproof.The valid storage shelf-life is *8 months.
