Usage:
Mainly used in pharmaceutical industry such as the manufacture of
vitamin A1, vitamin B, B1, B1, B*2 sulfame-thoxypyridazine,
sulfadiazine, trimethoprim and so on, as well as in biodiesel and
pesticide industry. It also can be used as the edible catalyst and
the analytical reagent.
Physical Properties:
Colorless or slight yellow vicidity liquid. Easily be hydrolyzed to
methanol and sodium hydroxide at the presence of moisture or water.
Decomposes in air above **6 °C. Soluble in methanol and ethanol.
Insoluble in benzene and toluene.
