SOAPING ENZYME  LT

The LT contain a special macromolecular structure, so it has a function to complex and disperse the dye molecules. It will have a synergistic effect with a variety of surfactants. And the continuous anti back staining effect is excellent. Mainly used for dyeing of cotton and T /C, anti back staining process for white background of printing, clothes desizing for denim,as well as anti back staining process for enzyme washing.

1.The stability is good, and not contain APEO, it's an environmentally friendly product. Has an advantage in the cost performance.

2.The application temperature is in a wide range, it has superior anti back staining effects at ****0 â„ƒ ; high degree of saturation, the greater the amount, the better; 

The ability of anti back staining effect can lasting for *0 minutes and the effect is continuous; Resistance to acid, alkali and electrolyte.

 3.Has a powerful anti-back staining effect when use in the printing anti-staining process of cotton fabric.

 4.It's highly complex and decentralized, after use it the fabrics become bright in colors and soft in hand feeling.

5.Low foam

6.This product has a strong detergency and anti-staining.When used in soaping after dyeing of knitted and woven fabrics, it's soaping fastness and stain resistance is better than the general soaping agent.

Application 

This product is a high concentration product. In general, dilute it into ****0 times, please use tap water to dilute.Then stir and mix well, at last it from a colorless liquid, this is the efficient anti back staining agent. After diluted, it can be used with water at any temperature, and can mix use with a variety of neutral, acidic cellulase, while no effect on activity of enzyme.

Soaping after printing: :Dosage : 0.**0.7 g/L

Temperature: About *5Celsius degree

For dosage of high concentrated using :(Could not be added to solution directly. Please dissolve the product just before using.)
