3. Item Processing Time: The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to *5 working days.



Return Policy



If you are not satisfied with our product, you have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must return your item in the original packaging. Apparel cannot be returned nor can it be exchanged.



Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item and provide us with tracking number. Although tracking isn't necessary for returns, we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the mail.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, we will email you a return label.



Refunds



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within **5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Order Issues

If upon receiving your order something is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, you must message us within *4 hours of receiving your package to qualify for a refund or replacement (if available). All emails should indicate the date received & the type of damage that has occurred or what item is missing or incorrect. Digital pictures may be required. All packaging materials must be kept for possible inspection. We might request that you send the damaged or incorrect item(s) back to us along with the original packaging materials. If this is the case, email you a return shipping label. If available, a replacement will be shipped once we receive the item(s) back. If your order breaks or cracks after it has already been used, we cannot issue a replacement.
