1. How do I ensure that my data is protected and secured?

Usually, we show our machining work by displaying pictures of parts in the website, but we promise not to sell to others. 

If customer don't like to show their products on our website, we will promise his requrie. 

We sign a non-disclosure agreement with the client and a non-disclosure bond with our staffs. We know that this is pivotal in reducing outsourcing risks. We have ‘anti-virus' software implemented at both server and client levels. Only authorized employees are permitted access into our buildings through the badge access system. We understand the privacy and security required to protect our clients' strategic information and processes. We will never distribute any client information or data without the prior written consent of the client except to the extent required for execution of the project.

3. What formats of drawings do you need?

Any one of DWG, DWF,DWT, PDF. Or 3D such as IGS., Step., Solidworks.,  and so on.

4. I don't have any drawings, can I send you a sample?

Sure, offering samples to copy, it is no problem.

5. Do you provide modifications service or drawing CAD or 3D drawings from by sample?

 Yes. We provide correction and modification services if you want to change the design. Our team has great and experence enginering technologies.

6. How much time do you need to quote? 

Usually a quotation for a product is sent  in 2 days after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details.

7. How long does it take to have products?

It varies a little depending on product size and complexity of its shape and the quantity. We will give our extact delivery time when you get the quotation.

8. What kind of payment conditions do you accept?

For small order, we accept **0%T/T payment before producing. Total account is under **0USD, Paypal are available; more than **0 USD, wire transfer only.

For a large corporation needing thousands: *0%TT of deposit before producing, and *0% on products trials and *0% before shipping.

9. If you make parts and there are wrong do you refund out money?

If the parts are wrong, we will return your money or we can make correct parts to you again.

*0. If parts are marked or dented when they arrivel here in our factory, will you refund our money?

Yes, we will. If parts are damaged because of bad package or other factors, which is our business. So we can refound your money.
