Sludge Washing and Disposal Plant
 
The ditch sludge, municipal pipe sludge，sewer sludge, dredged sludge from channel, river and lake mainly consist of three components: coarse particle sediment at the bottom, an organic layer, and a biofilm. It contains a significant amount of pathogens, parasites (such as eggs), heavy metals, and certain organic toxins that are difficult to degrade.

The whole system takes the compact module design with high fluency. No additional civil foundation is required at site and a horizontal hardened surface can meet the installation requirements. The modular design can also save the installation duration.
 
The system takes DCS control system and can realize local one-stop control and remote multi-port monitoring of equipment running status.
 
Application effects after treatment
 
1. Cleaned gravel, sand and aggregates are separated for reusing;  
 
2. Water is recyclable to save water resource and avoid secondary pollution;
 
3. The heavy metals and organic contaminants in the sludge are removed/reduced and concentrated in mud cake in minimized volume for further treatment.
