RTV*2 silicones are two-component, Room Temperature Vulcanization silicone rubbers, gels or foams. Each part of the system comprises of either a crosslinker or a catalyst that will react when the two parts are mixed together to render the intended properties. It can be customized to produce variable degrees of viscosity, adherence and mechanical, chemical or temperature resistance characteristics.
 

Property of Platinum Silicone Rubber

1. Good liquidity, easy to operate.

3. Good tear strength.

4. Medical grade, totally non-toxic, odorless, harmless, and eco-friendly.

5. Low shrinkage.

6. Suitable for making very fine patterns.

7.Good flexibility, permeability ,smooth, less bubbles, no impuritiessmooth.

How to Use Platinum Liquid Silicone Rubber:

1. Put the prototype into the container

2. Mix the liquid silicone A and B

3. Put the liquid silicone rubber into the vacuum machine for deairring.

4. Put the mix liquid silicone into the container

Demoulding after it is cured. Start to use the rubber molds after *4 hours.
