~一ã€The technical characteristics of sintering main exhaust
blower:
1.1. Aerodynamic design:
   The sintering centrifugal blower is among the
products of sintering series of our company, Which adopts the
design and manufactoring technology of energy-efficient centrifugal
blower, meridian plan of the rotor of the centrifugal blower is
manufactured through such technology and the meridian plan of its
impeller is devised with the technology of curve design, which
efficiently protects the impeller bottom from scouring by the
airflow and the dust and extend the life span of the impeller.
1.2. The rotor:
  The spindle is forged by *5# carbon steel, and the
impeller is welded by the High quality low alloy steel
plate(Q**0C). The blade of the impeller adopts the build-up welding
technique arming to enhance the wearability and prolong the life
span of the impeller. After the impeller were installed and Welded,
its necessary to employ the thermal treatment to ensure of clearing
up the welding stress, and strengthen the stability of
impellersize. In order to ensure the weld's quality, we need to
carry out flaw detection in team of all the welds on the impeller.
When it's done with the rotor, precise adjustment between the
static & dynamic balance to make sure of it's stable work.
1.3. Housing case & inlet chamber:
  The housing case is welded by the common steel
plate, in which the sufficient thickness of wearable lining plates
are added on the side of circulation of air, which is to the
benefit of replacing after the lining plates are worn down and also
extend the life span of the housing case. In order to make it easy
to overhaul the exhaust blower and observe the assembling condition
of the rotor,engine block and air inlet,a manhole is designed on
the housing case. So as to control the air value according to the
need of the system, the regulating gate following up the
transmission mechanism is installed in the inlet chamber. The oil
filler hole is designed on the shell of the regulating gate, which
is in favor of filling grease during recondition.
1.4. The supporting part of blower:
   The supporting part consists of bearing
box,bottom case,sliding bearing and oil seal, etc. The bearing box
is forged by a whole evanescent mode, on each side of which the oil
inlet flange is designed and outside of which connects the
pipeline, and the bottom case is of welding structure, which is
chained by bolt with bearing box. The oil seal is kind of machine
cast by aluminum sealed. The bearing is which of round tile
structure adopts the form of forced lubrication & sliding
bearing, and is comprised by the supporting bearing and thrust
bearing.   Â
1.5. Lubricating system:
   Lubricating system contains oil station, high
oil tank, oil tubing and so on. While the oil station includes fuel
tank, oil cooler,oil filter, and at the same time, two electrically
oil pump are supplied in the process of starting the blower &
stopping. The oil cooler employs tubular heat-exchanger. And all
the oil pipeline connecting with users are provided with
assortative flange.
1.6. Coupling: Standard configuration is diaphragm coupling.
