Material ready for final inspection in working weeks (holiday periods/mill closing periods excluded. To be confirmed in case of an order. Any change in the technical specifications and/or quantities may cause delivery time variations.
Delivery time count from the date of receipt LC and final clarification of order, whichever occurs later.
Items quoted for stock supply are subject to being unsold.
Should these delivery times not comply with your program, please contact us in order to find a common solution

FORCE MAJEURE: In case of contingencies such as strikes, lockouts or other causes beyond the control of either the Seller or Buyer, preventing the Seller from delivering or the Buyer from receiving the contracted goods, this contract shall be suspended for the time that such a contingency in fact exists. In case that a contingency exists for more than *0 days, the party not claiming contingency may cancel this contract.
Contingency must be declared by the party to the other immediately after occurrence.
ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract or any alleged breach thereof if not settled amicably are to be referred to the Arbitration Court appointed in the country of respondent. The decisions of the Court are final and binding upon both parties. Recourse to legal proceeding is prohibited.
