Silicon rubber for mold making with general hardness of ****5 A0 after curing. Molding silicon rubber is a kind of flowing liquid which features with good resistance to deformation, good tensile and tear strength, acid-alkali as well as high reproduction times, good flowability and easy operation.

Instruction for molding silicon rubber
If customer wants to make large products and large size molds, the mold should be made of silicon rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mold with dedicate and precision patterns, it should make of silicon rubber with low hardness. The mixing ratio between the silicon rubber and the curing agent depents on the customers’ requirement. If clients needs fast drying and demold, more curing agent will be added; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.

(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicon oil, if a special soft silicon mold or fine or dedicate pattern products are required, 5%**0% silicon oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demould)
