Description of shoe sole silicone:
　　　HY-725  condensation silicone is suitable for shoe sole molds or shoe molds. Its advantages include high tensile strength, high tear strength, temperature resistance, high duplication times and so on. It is suitable for small products or fine and precision products which is difficult to demould. This brushing silicon is one of the products with the highest use level in the production of craftwork gifts and the shrinkage is up to 2‰. RTV 2 part silicone rubber is general called two-component room temperature vulcanization silicon rubber with excellent fluidity and good operational performance. Add curing agent of 2%-3% at the room temperature, our product is still operational within 30 minutes,and in 2-5 hours, an elastic silicone mold will be obtained with resistance to deformation, extreme temperature, acid and alkali and expansion, easy to get deformed. The product is mainly applicable to mold duplication of many other molds, apart from fabrication of shoe sole mold. Operation Instruction for mold rubber :

　　　The silicone is in white, a kind of flowing liquid with general hardness of 23—27A°after curing .Before you begin to make molds, you should polish and clean the original mould, otherwise you can not obtain a ideal molding effect, no matter how perfect the silicone quality is.  If the customer wants to make large products with large size molds, the mold should be made of silicone rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if  the mold with  precision patterns and structure, it should be made of silicone with lower hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If molds requiring fast drying and demould, more curing agent is needed; contrarily, if molds requiring slower drying and demould, less curing agent is needed.(we do not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicone mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demould).
