2. Material needed for Work permit

â—Ž Application letter of the employing unit for engaging foreigners (mark with engaging reason, position and duration, chop of employing unit, chop of the headquarter if it’s the branch of other province);

â—Ž Copy of business license, copy of certificate of approval; (if it’s the branch office of other province company, need the headquarter chop)

â—Ž Copy of organization code;

â—Ž Profile of the foreigner (including the final degree and complete working experience, printed in Chinese and chop with the employing unit)

â—Ž Foreigner’s Certificate of relevant qualification for position (it’s about the employee’s relative technical skills; if there is no certificate, the former unit need to provide with a qualification certificate which proves the present position is related to the former job);

â—Ž Copy of foreigner’s valid passport;

â—Ž Copy of  between Employing unit and the foreign employee, (if belong to the dispatch of the foreign unit, payment and insurance will be from overseas; technical workers of the concerning foreign project will not sign a contract with the employing unit, need to offer the certificate materials from foreign dispatch unit)

â—Ž Recent three photos;

â—Ž *0 working days after all materials prepared;
