The shale shaker's separation function is reached by shale shaker screens' mesh. When vibrating, the shale shaker screen accept this force and separate the solid and liquid on it. The bigger size is discharged from surface of shaker screens, and small size with water discharged into the bottom tank which installed bellow the shale shaker.

According to material, we have stainless steel shale shaker screens and composite material shale shaker screens. This two are all good separation funcntion. The composite material has good wear resistant than ss material, and so the price is higher.
