1、Rolling Scope This standard applies to the thickness of *5mm、*0mm、*0mm、**0mm，width of **0mm、**0mm，the rectangular cross-section of hot-rolled cathode collector bar. 2、Steel Grade and Chemical Composition The steel grade belongs to carbon structural steel , whose chemical composition (melt analysis) implement the standard of GB*****8. 3、Production Standard and Allowable Tolerance of Sizes 3.1、The production of flat steel executes the standard Q/BG*******2 of Baotou Steel (Group) Company. 3.2、The allowable tolerance of cross-section size as the drawing shown, arc angle R is guaranteed and wont be examined during delivery time. 3.3、Delivery in accordance with the theoretical weight . 3.4、Allowable tolerance of length: flat steel length is ***0mm double length or at Clients requirement, length tolerance ***0mm is allowable. 3.5、The curvature not more than 3mm/M, total bending not more than 0.4%of the total length, reversing not more than 2mm/M. 4、Surface Quality Surface inspected with naked eyes, no cracks , inclusions, such as scarring and defects, if the above-mentioned occured, along rolling direction to clean-up where should be smooth without edges and corners, whose depth should not more than half the thickness of tolerance.
