DESCRIPTION:
Froststop Pipe Inside is the heating section based on selflimiting
heating cable that maintains the required temperature
of the pipeline during the whole cold season thus
ensuring its good performance, uninterrupted operation
and safe condition.
Froststop Pipe Inside section is primary designed for use
in case when you are not able to install the heating cable
directly on the pipe surface or the pipe is already buried at
a depth above the frostline.
Froststop Pipe Inside section is installed inside the pipe
filled with water or other non-agressive substance. The section
can be also installed outside the pipeline.
The heating section consists of a segment of self-limiting
cable equipped with *-meter cold lead with electric plug
at one end and with end termination coupling at the other
end. For the section entry into the pipe gland assembly is
included in the kit.
The factory made connection and end termination couplings
are reliable and tightly sealed.
Electric power is applied from one end of the section. At the
far end of the heating segment the end termination coupling
is installed that is located inside the pipe and ensures
ingress protection rating IP*8. For the section entry into the
pipe a gland assembly is used consisting of two bushings,
two washers and rubber sealing ring.
