If you use it in first time,*4 hours later, you need to change the lubricating oil and clean the machine. After that, please change the lubricating old every *******0hours

 Lubricating oil

 ãˆ temperature more than 5°~*8°*0#lubricating oil

㈡less than 5°~0°,please use5# lubricating old

Preparation before than starting of the machine

㈠you need to add in the joints **4 times

㈡the plunger need to add the lubricating oil **6times

Adjustment

â‘ adjust the mould core

â‘¡adjust the space between upper &under shovel board and the mould core to about 1.5~2.5mm

â‘¢adjust the space between right &left shovel board and the mould core to about 0.5~mm

â‘£adjust the backer for putting the steel sheet to make sure it is in the middle. And make sure the two sides of the sheet are not too tight.

⑤check the right &left shovel board with the gate are well are not

â‘¥check the pressure head are pressing the tightly or not

⑦After the steel box are out, check whether the are flat in right and left. Adjust the screw are good or not

⑧If the pressure head are not in the middle of the gate, you can unscrew the 4 screws of the planker and then adjust it.

⑨Please pay attention to the cleaning of the joints and outside parts
