Easy Day offers two sanitary pads- one for regular flow and one for heavy flow /night-time use. Heavy Flow pads are **0mm in length, use cotton and SAP that can absorb 3 times more than other pads Unlike other sanitary pads, they always stay dry during those times when you need it most.

Despite their extra size, Easy Day Heavy Flow sanitary pads are still lightweight  and fit comfortably.

Easy Day Heavy Flow/Night Use sanitary pads are hypoallergenic and help eliminate itchiness, burning and other allergic reactions that  occur with other feminine hygiene products.

These sanitary pads also feature wings as extra protection against any side leakage.

Like all Easy Day products, these sanitary pads feature our unique anion strip that reduces bacteria build up  and relieves cramping.
