Silver and Copper fibers possess very good anti-bacterial and anti-odor properties. There is troublesome oxidized issue. It causes the difficulties of knitting, weaving, finishing and use.

 

Nano-silver and nano-copper fibers are allowed very low percentages for spinning process. Such low contents cannot perform stable and good anti-bacterial property. Some countries have inhibited nano-silver fibers, since probably come off during wearing.

 

After keeping researching and modified, we create the unique un-oxidized 

Safewell®-Cu copper conjugated fiber and yarn in global. Outer shell is the utmost concentration of copper powder. Only *0% content in fabric, we could get excellent anti-bacterial and anti-odor effects. Inner is polyamide base which could support the enough strength.

 

Safewell®-Cu Copper Conjugated Fiber and Yarn inhere red copper color. Dyeing and finishing ways are same as Polyamide. It is economic, easy process and stable newest fiber.
