Most of Chinese Buyers who wants to purchase M***0, but often resulting in failure of the transaction, it caused by no import allocation or can't issue a financial ability certificates (such as BCL or Swift M***9/**9/**3....) from his own bank to seller's bank.

Our group had combined a reliable Russian Supplier (the subsidiary's company of GAZPROM) and a Foreign Trade/Economic Cooperation (Group) Co. to work together, where if any buyer who possesses "Import Lisence + Import Allocation" also can issue MT***9 from his bank to seller's bank, then the Buyer will be allowed to sign contract with our group (the designated area agent of Seller) directly, after Buyer's bank issues MT***9 to Seller's bank then Seller will arrange the shipment to Buyer's designated port for inspection, after completion of Quantity and Quality inspection by SGS/CIQ at the discharge port, that comply with the agreed contract, the said payment will be released from Buyer's bank to seller's bank, during this period, there is no any charge from Buyer's side except of MT **9.

On the other hand, if any Buyer doesn't possesses "Import License or Import Allocation" but can issue "Bank Acceptance Bill" then who will be allowed to sign contract with the Foreign Trade/Economic Cooperation, all the shipment including Import License and Import Allocation will be responsible by the Foreign Trade/Economic Cooperation and our group, the goods will be shipped to the designated port for inspection, after completion of Quantity and Quality by CIQ/SGS, then the said payment should be released by Buyer's bank to Seller's bank, during this period, there is no any charge from Buyer's side except of "Bank Acceptance Bill"

In short, as long as the buyer's bank to swift out MT***9 or Bank's Acceptance Bill, our team is absolutely responsible for M***0 to be shiiped to the destination port for inspection by SGS/CIQ, the said amount will be released after completion of Q&Q, there is no any risk for both sides and get both multual benefit.
