Brief Introduction: Adhesive GLR**1 is composed of Hexamethoxymethylmelamine and atcs as the methylene donor in resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica direct rubber adhesive system. It is soluble in water and common organic solvent. Specification: Appearance: achromatic transparent liquid or wax-like matter Density : 1.*0 Free formaldehyde, %≤: 0.5 Viscosity: ********0 Heating Decrement, %, ≤: 1.0 Application Instruction: Adhesive GLR**1 leads to the adhesion action via reacting with methylene receptor such as GLR**8 resin, adhesive RE , adhesive RS ***** This reaction will quickly start at the vulcanization temperature .If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the adhesion action of the matching system will disappear. When temperature is below *0 ℃, adhesive A will be mixed with methylene receptor in a dispersed condition. Therefore, reasonable caution should be exercised in used of it. In a word, it should be evenly dispersed in the system. Generally, at first, rubber, filler and methylene receptor are added and mixed at a higher temperature, the adhesive GLR**1 and other ingredients are added simutaneously at final mixing stage. The recommended addition levels are 1.**3 phr of adhesive GLR**1 and **5phr of GLR**8 resin or other methylene receptor. Package , Storage and shipment: Adhesive GLR**1 is packed in a plastic drum lined with plastic film. The net weight per package is *0 kg. It is necessary to check if the product package is proper or not before shipping and storing. They should be systematically stockpiled in a dry, clean and cool warehouse to avoid to be moistened, heated and deteriorated. The valid storage period is one year.
