The converter is plug-and-play without any jumper settingsThe converter is applicable for all the existing communication software and interface hardware withoutany software modifications for the previous working mechanism based on RS***2.A reliable and stable point-to-point and point-tomultipoint communication can be ensured by HighTek HK****8 photoelectric isolation interface converter. For point-tomultipointcommunication, as many as **8 interface facilities of RS***2 or RS***5 standard can be connected to each converter, and a high data transmission rate of ******5.2KBPS can be achieved. Power indicator light and data traffic indicator light are also available with the converter for malfunction indication. Two conversioncommunication modes including RS***2 to RS***2 and RS***2 to RS***5 are supported.
