This kind of machine is used for fence 1.**3.5mm. It is an automatic welding equipment designed and manufactured by ourselves absorbing advanced resistance welding technology from home and abroad.

Our welded wire mesh machine has the following major advantages:

1. Main machine frame is welded with the thicker steel panel and steel bar. The main structure is well-set and compact.
2.The cross wire feeding is automatic and driven by step motor, which makes the cross wire falling and mesh aperture size more accurate. Cross wire monitoring system can be installed to stop the machine in case cross wire is used up or get stuck.

3.The mesh pulling system is controlled by step motor, which makes the pulling mesh aperture more standard and accurate.
4. The mesh aperture size can be adjusted. The line wire spacing can be adjusted through adjusting the electrode spacing. The cross wire spacing can be adjusted by PLC control panel. And even on the same piece of wire mesh different size of mesh aperture can be made through PLC control panel.
5. Welding adopts late-model efficient welding transformer. The voltage adjusting range is big which enlarge the range of wire diameter size. It is adjusted through the electricity current on the front panel.
6. In order to adapt the capacity of the clients’, welding transformers don’t work at the same time but separately and one by one when welding the same row of cross wire.

7. The transformer is equipped with water cooling system in case short-circuit and to prolong its life-span.
8. This machine adopts synchronous control technology. The welding time and separating welding is controlled by numeric integrated circuit, which is with high control precision and stable function.

9. Welding Speed: *0~**0 times/minute, the work speed mainly depends on material of the raw material, steel bar diameter, space of the mesh, choice of welding parameter, proficiency of workers, etc.
