I, Eddy BWINO, on behalf of Shabunda Mining Co. LTD, hereby warrant under full corporate responsibility and under penalty of perjury that it has legal power to provide and sell rough, uncut diamonds that are clean, clear and of non-criminal origin or blood diamonds with complete documentation in exchange for payment that is of non-criminal origin. As per the following terms and conditions relevant to the UN resolutions and national government laws and
regulations pertaining to the control and trading of diamonds shall be complied with.
