The theory is adopt special spreading device to make the material be distributed on the surface of the steel band, the steel band runs at a fixed speed driven by a motor, during the running process, chill water is sprayed to the back of the band in uniform to make the band cooled, as the band has excellent heat transmission ability, the material is cooled down and solidified at the same time, thereby obtain the purpose of granule making.
