1GR***0 ST/G
Standard version of an anthropomorphous robot with six degrees of freedom, fit for painting in line where are available overhead or floor transporting systems. Thanks to its structure it is possible to process pieces with big sizes; if necessary it is synchronized to the conveyor to track the product. When the pieces have considerable dimensions, the robots are set up on translation carts. 

GR***0 G Robot with 2/3/4 arm carousel. The arms are supplied with a rotation group, which is synchronized with the robot and they can be arranged with different unit supports according the needs. The units can be loaded manually or automatically in a safe area; the carousel provides to their positioning to be processed on the frontal side and lately it brings them back in the unloading area. The arms, thanks to their configuration, allow to perform the programming easily. The carousel rotation is made by a controlled axis with programmable speed adjustment.

2 Motorized Precision Rotary Stages

This equipment is an efficient automatically rotation device with safety using and easily to operation. It adopts advanced technology to secure high rotation precision and low side gap. It could be operated smoothly and safely with low noise and hundreds tons of load. The circuit could be locally control or remote wireless control. To facilitate precise positioning, the strict coaxiality has been designed between hole through spindle and center of rotation. It could freely be switched clockwise or anticlockwise. The ingenuity design could switch the empty backward motion space after long term use. Additionally, the equipment could be apply with limit switch function, zero position adjustment, rehandling servo motor, rotary encoder to achieve customize.

Its construction includes the character of tight and substantial to save mechanical designing room. Not only for apply individually, it can also be connected with conveyer to apply to automation produce system. It has multiple ways for install and connecting, and also could match various kinds of motor and motor controller to achieve multi-points positioning and multi-fragments controlling.
