20. Sugar should be extracted from sound, unfermented, and non-decayed, sugar cane or sugar beet. Sugar should be clean and free from any foreign taste or odor, with sweet taste characteristic of white sugar whether dry or in solution. Sugar is to be refined and deodorized of latest crop production. The crystals shall be uniform in size and color, and free from insects, their fragments and metamorphosis, and rodent excrement. Sugar shall be free from foreign matters, preservatives or added colors

21. Any added materials are to be according to the international specifications fixed by FAO/WHO/FDA/EC.

22. Sugar is to be packed in Fifty (*0) kilogram net weight units, in new polyethylene-lined bags, or other internationally acceptable equivalent.
