Monascus red pigment is dark red powder, slightly odor, soluble in neutral and alkaline solution. It is easily to be soluable in ethanol, propylene glycol, glycerol and their solution and the  solubility will be reduced under PH4.0 medium environment.It is NOT high temperature resistant offered by other Ordinary manufactures. Well lands Red kojic rice natural pigment have excellent heat resistance,which can be applied in all kinds of food.
