Please let me know if you have funding possibility first with Bridge funding as a fast element transferring the Bridge funding over into a long term fund for at least > *2 years with reasonable interest rates. Our Company is a full service Hotel, Golf course and Resort Development company specializing in the development of luxury Resorts, Hotels, Golf Resorts and related recreational properties in the full range of the business cycle. We are currently in the process of planning, developing and marketing two five-star-*****-residence facilities (GDCR and WCR) in Chiang Mai in north of Thailand and a five-star-villa-resort with ~ *5 luxurious residential villas at the Andaman-Sea in the southwest of Thailand. In order to expand our business activities and to strengthen our team, we are in search of investors, funding, business partnerships and strategic alliances to benefit mutually from each other’s experiences and connections as well as to achieve synergy effects.
