Tom Yum Kung (Spicy Prawn Soup)

This is one of the most famous Thai dishes in the world. Combining with variety of herbs such as lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, etc., This dish is flavorful and aromatic. It is sometimes called Hot and Sour Prawn Soup or Lemongrass and Shrimp Soup.

No. 1. Dehydrated Herbs

No. 2. Tom Yum Paste

No. 3. Seasoning

No. 4. Fish Sauce

No. 5. Lime Powder

Cooking Instruction:

Prepare **0 ml. of water, *0g.of fresh prawns and *0g of

mushrooms (optional)

1. Bring water, dehydrated herbs (# 1) and mushrooms to a boil.

Simmer for ~5 mins.

2. Add king prawns and simmer ~*0 secs.

3. Add Tom Yum paste (# 2), stir gently until dissolved. Turn off the heat.

4. Add the rest of the packages (# 3, # 4, # 5), stir well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Shelf Life/Storage Condition: *8 Months / Store in dry place at room temperature
