Description:
Tie down strap consists of tensioner and webbing, with end fittings or not. Webbing is made from high tenacity polyester or polypropylene yarn. It has two main types, single part and two part tie down straps. Currently, the tie down strap is widely applied to transportion industry due to light weight, work easily by hand, and easy usage. As it comes into contact with the lashed load softly, it may be suitable for many types of tie down applications. In comparison to chain assembly, the strap has resilience, so it keeps greater tensioning force while shift or reset is happening to lashed load in transport. 
 
Features:
1.It takes less time to tie down load with the strap;
2. Shorter turnaround time on loading and unloading;
3.The strap hardly brings damage to lashed load, and is suitable especially for application of lashing something painted;
4. Loading capacity of vehicle gets added in case that the load is tied down securely and properly;
5. Black lines on stitching webbing, component of the strap, mark minimum breaking load of the strap. In case of special requirement, no line is also available to show on the webbing.
