Senieer high speed mixing granulator is a high efficiency equipment that is used in mixing, agitation and shear mixing (to break internal molecular force). The components of the RMG (Impeller and Chopper) are highly responsible for the wet granulation process. Can mix different powder materials granulate granule in one procedure. It is widely used for Pharmaceutical industry, Health care, Food stuff industry and chemical industry.

*  The powder material and adhesive are mixed fully at the bottom to become humid soft material, the        nit is cut through high speed crusher and become uniform granules.

*  The time of mixing in dry is 2 minutes and the time of granulating is 1 - 4 minutes. Compared with the      traditional process, 4 - 5 times of effciency is raised.

*  In the same sealed container, dry mixing, humidity mixing, and granulating mixing can be finished, it       is in confirmity with the requirements of GMP.

*  The whole operation has strict safe and protective measures.

*  With the less mixing time and as well as the granulation time you can achive the results of the               granules that you like your product by using the Rapid mixer granulator.

*  Specially mounted torwue sensor arrangement for critical parameters of granulation like end point         determation and desired granule profile.  

*  Process control and interlock through by PLC & color touch screen HMI facility.
