We have our own rolling, fabrication, forging and machining divisions to manufacture various types of fish plates including 4 holed, 6 hole and 1 meter Fish Plates to suit UIC, RDSO, BS, ISO, AREMA, JIS, AS, NF, DIN, GOST and other international standards.

We produce joint bars to suit various rail sections including UIC *0, U*3, S*9, *5R, *0 lbs, BS *0R, UIC *4, **5RE, and others. We also have our own bolt and nut division to manufacture all fish plate accessories in-house.

We manufacture all types of fishplates namely:

• Plain Fish Plates/Angle Bars: These are normal joint bars that can be manufactured according to various rail sections. We are manufacturing the above for countries around the world including Spain, Peru, Sweden, Australia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Middle Eastern countries and others.

• Joggled Fish Plates: Exclusively used as emergency repairing agents, joggled fish plates are very useful in repairing broken welded rail or fractured rail sections. Used as an emergency clamp, a joggled fish plate enables quick and temporary repair allowing continued movements through the section at reduced line speed. Designed with hi-tech machines and technologies these fish plates are used in combination with C type clamps. This "C" clamp holds the joggle fish plate in the position tightly without the use of drilling or machining process. These types of special joint bars are available in various dimensions.

   

• Combination Fish Plates: These types of special fish plates help in eliminating risks involved when rail sections of two different types are used together on the same line. Combination fish plates can be manufactured custom designed to the different rail sections as required by our clients.
