Brief Instruction:

QBY Air operated Diaphragm Pump is the newest conveying machine, adopting compress air, smoke and industry exhaust gas as power source. Diaphragm pump can exhaust all the medium kinds of liquid, which are strong viscous, volatile, corrosive, toxic, colloids and liquid with grain.

 

Addvantages:

The biggest advantage is no needing water to draw, high suction head. It can transport uneasy allowable liquid. It can be used as self-priming pump, submersible pump, slurry pump, impurity pump and canned-motor pump.

 

Material:

Pump body: aluminum alloys, cast iron, stainless steel, engineer plastic or tetrafluorohydrazine.

Diaphragm: NBR, NEOPRENE, fluorine rubber or PTFE.

 

Usage:

1. Food: peanut butter, kraut, mashed potato, little intestines, Confiture, chocolate, hop, baking powder, syrup and gooey, etc.

2. Chemical: strong acid, alkali, corrosive, viscous, volatile, toxic, milling things, dirty oil, paint, colophony, dye, bond and glue water, etc.
