• Pureflon FEP is the copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP).
• FEP molding grade FC**0 has excellent thermo-stability and chemical inertness, outstanding electrical insulation and very low friction coefficient. The thermoplastic process techniques can be used to fabricate useful products from FEP.
• Pureflon FEP Extrusion grade has excellent thermo-stability, outstanding chemical inertness, low friction coefficient, distinctive air aging resistance, vapor penetrating resistance, non-inflammability and superior electrical insulation.FEP extrusion grade could be used to produce high quality thermal wire or cable, tube, pipe etc.
• Pureflon FEP Dispersion is stabilized by non-ionic surfactant and has excellent flowing performance if melted. The products from FEP dispersion have outstanding thermal stability, distinctive chemical inertness, superior electrical insulation, low friction coefficient, and excellent air aging resistance. And it can be used at temperature up to **0 centigrade for a long time.FEP Dispersion can be applied to process glass fibers fabric by dipping and roasting, corrosive and adhesive resistance coatings by spraying and continuity film of non-pinhole by molding.
• FEP powder is low in melt viscosity and excellent in melt fluidity which can give a coating free of pinholes. Fluorotech FEP coating powder is ideal for use as corrosion resistant linings because of excellent thermal and chemical resistance properties.
• Fluorotech offers a wide range of masterbatches mainly utilized for coloring wire and cables, tubes etc. Available in FEP, PFA, MFA and ETFE, our masterbatches are available in RAL colors, with different pigment concentrations and different levels of viscosity (MFI).​
