ure steam generator is one of important equipment using for tank, pipeline (SIP), filter and sterilized cabinet. Ultra-pure pyrogen-free pure steam generator produced by Rotech, according to WFI requirements of U.S Pharma copoeia , Europe Pharmacopoeia, Japan Pharmacopoeia and China Pharmacopoeia. The design and manufacture submit to specification of pressure vessel, can be used to techniques product line of food , pharmaceutical and biological gene engineering etc.



Working principle of LCZ pure steam generator:

The equipment has 3 parts, evaporator, preheater and electric automatic control. The evaporator is adopted the special separating way: membrane evaporation + gravity sedimentation + wire despumation.

The qualified raw water is into the preheater after increased the pressure by multilevel pump, and then passed through the flow meter. After heating exchange, the temperature is lower ****5 than the temperature of heating steam water in evaporator. Next the raw water is into the raw water distributor of the evaporator, which is spouted to the inside of the heating tubes. So that the raw water in the tube is flowed as membrane. Then the raw water is became the second steam with drip, which is boiloff by boiler steam. The steam is entered into the third grade separating setting from bottom of the heating tube, after separation, it is produced the ultra-pure pyrogen-free steam. It can be online inspected the conductivity of the pure steam condensate water, so it can be inspected that whether the pure steam is qualified. In the evaporator, the boiler steam is absorbed by raw water, and then it is condensed into condensed water as heating for pre-heater. And the preheated raw water is drained from incondensable outlet of pre-heater.


Characteristics:

Double tubesheetbes: avoiding cross pollution by some materials. (It is customized to choose single tube or double tubes,
according to customers requirements).
Raw material: the parts (including pipes), which are contacted with pure steam, pure steam condensed water, are adopted SS**6L, rest parts are adopted SS**4.
Reasonable sealing structure: the most parts of the equipment are adopted flange connection. The sealing gasket is adopted PTFE. The whole equipment is well sealed, so that it is avoided leakage.
Special separating way: membrane evaporation + gravity sedimentation + wire despumation.
Electro-chemical polish: with the high degree of finish, with high anticorrosion, with shield polish, which can not be polished by mechanical polish. It is very important for the output quality.
Saving energy:it is adopted the thin wall heating tubes and advanced distributor, it is increased the heating exchange ratio.
Longevity: it is adopted big space, low speed separation, it is avoided the steam friction corrosion. So that it is increased the longevity of the equipment.
Double-faced automatic welding with argon shield: welding pipes and shell of the equipment, to guarantee the welding quality.
Insulation: it is adopted special insulated material, the cover is adopted SS**4 drawbench plate.
Control system: providing more choices among manual control, PLC + instruments automatic control, PLC + touch screen full automatic control etc. PLC + instruments automatic control: it can be online displayed the parameters (e.g.:temperature, conductivity, flow and pressure etc.) to know the working status at any time.PLC + touch screen full automatic control: it can be online observed the changing status of these parameters by touch screen (e.g.: temperature,conductivity, flow and pressure etc.) to know the working status at any time. It also can be customized to add the
paperless or paper recorder.
