Simple description of pumpkin seeds separating machine:

This machine is specially used to extract the seeds from the ripe pumpkin. It cancrush the pumpkin, press and separate the seedsfrom the pumpkin skin and flesh , cleaning the seeds.

The machine is connected with a small tractor through handing body. Tractor powered by propeller shaft passed to the stirring axle of themachine, through the sprocket and chain under the action of the power chain, assigned to separate consecutiveaxes, broken shaft, cleaning wheel shafts, the machine works.

Working principle of pumpkin seeds separating machine

1.The worker put the pumpkin into the hopper of the machine

2.The crushed pumpkin will be transported to the separating drum.

3.The separating shaft will mix, then the pumpkin skin and most of part of the pumpkin flesh will get out of the separating drum, the pumpkin seeds and liquid will get into the mixing box.

4.Because of the moving of the stirring shaft, the pumpkin seeds and the small part pumpkin flesh will get into the cleaning barrel.

5.Because of the moving of the cleaning shaft, the pumpkin and the pumpkin will be separated and cleaned well. The pumpkin seeds will be get out under the pressing of the cleaning shaft.
