2. for lace dresses, due to the lace is a very peculiar fabric , most of lace are not often on sale, when sold one piece lace, can't buy the same kind lace again, so most of times, we only can use similar kinds lace, the final dress lace pattern will be little difference with the picture show,  please don't order the dress if request the lace **0% exact same as picture show.

Color may vary between different CRT and LCD screens , and have bit difference between in photos with actual dress ,these are usual, not error the fabrics color charts are take photo with the actual fabric. most of color are with bit color difference ,please contact us before order the dress if you couldn't accept any color difference .

we are an honest seller, we will try ours best to let you **0% satisfied order from us. but for custom-made, some dispute are couldn't avoid, so please read below note before order the dresses, I think these can avoid parts of dispute for the order.

Q: Will the dresses exact same as the picture show ?

A: The dresses will be custom-made, and the dress in picture are beautify with technique, so most of real dresses will bit difference with the picture. the full dress approx *5% similar as the picture, and most of dress will with bit color difference, so please contact us before order the dresses if very mind the color.

Q: What's case apply for return ?

A: We accept return if we make wrong the size, color, or design.

Q: Can we exchange the dress if the size not fit or dress not suit for me ?

A: Because the dresses are custom-made, so we don't accept return or exchange if not ours fault, but, we can free help you alter the dress size problems. because dresses are close fit, so please take measurements exact same method as the size tables.

Q: How many times available for the return policy and who pay the return cost.

A: If the dress with problems, you need contact us in 3 days when the package delivered ,and the return dress must be sent out before the date you request,  or 7 days since the package be delivered , buyer need pay the return shipping cost in any case.

Q: who pay the import tax?

A: pay import tax is customer's duty , buyer need pay the import tax and the transact cost for custom
