P.T.F.E. Smooth hose is a special pipe formed after the process of the extrusion, drying, high termperture sintering and post-processing.White or translucent can be choosen according to the requirements.

Feature

1.High chemical stability it can stand all kinds of acid, including the aqua regia, hydrofluoric, concentrated hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, fuming sulphuric acid, organic acid,etc. It can also stand the effect of strong alkali, oxidant and all kinds of organic solven. It's very suitable for the feeding of the high purity chemicals.
2.Wide range used temperature: **3℃-***0℃;
3.Non-sticky: Excellant resistance to stickness, not any colloid or chemicals residue will stay in the hose after being used.
4.Excellent electrical insulation property: P.T.F.E. is the high non-polar material and has a good dielectric property as well as huge resistance.The dielectric constant is about 2.0, which isthe smalest in all of the electrical insulating materials.It will not be affected by the change of the temperature and frequency.
5.Anti-aging and anti-radiation: It can be used outdoors for a long time;
6.Good thermostbility: non-flammble, its limiting oxygent index value is more than *5. In the flame, it only melts, not producing any droplets, and it will be finally carbonized.
7.High Flexibility, bending resistant. Parts of the tube have high transparency, easy to observe the status of the internal fluid.
